Villa Cala di Volpe is located under the shadow and amidst a beautiful pinewood in an unspoilt corner over the bay of Cala di Volpe, one of the most renowned places in Costa Smeralda. This “pieds dans l’eau” property is surrounded by a thick pinewood ensuring privacy and soothing environment as well as direct access to a small sandy beach with side rocks, almost private. It has been completely refurbished according to a modern design concept with immaculate character. It is wrapped by large verandas and porticoes and by an overwhelming luxuriant and scented pine woods. It is a place for true relaxation, a nest of harmony and peace for adults and an ideal playground for children and family pets.

Entering the Villa, through a wooden electronic gate, you get access to the private car parking  and the main entrance of the house that leads, a few steps down, to the bright living room nicely furnished with white sofas, fire place, SAT TV, Wi-Fi connection, stereo and on the far end the dining area with an old, thick wooden table and seats for eight people. From the dining area a door leads to the well equipped kitchen, adjacent to the kitchen the laundry area and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, there is no air conditioning but a fan is provided, convenient for staff.

The living and dining room open onto the beautiful, covered veranda nicely furnished with sofas and a dining table, an ideal place for both day and evening activities and relaxation, with the sea just a few steps away.

The Master bedroom with queen size bed is found on the ground floor, next to the living room, with direct access to the main veranda. En-suite shower bathroom and air conditioning, from the living there is a double bedroom with queen size bed, closet, en-suite shower bathroom, air-conditioning and a private, equipped veranda. Close to this bedroom is found a guest toilet.

Another double bedroom with queen size bed, closet, en-suite shower bathroom, air-conditioning and a private, equipped veranda. On the opposite side of the corridor a twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, air-conditioning.

A mezzanine floor, overlooking the living area below, with a small studio corner, a fire place and  an additional twin bedroom furnished with futons’ beds. This bedroom has no A/C but a fan is provided, there is no bathroom.
