The grounds are almost entirely given over to the cultivation of lemon trees and the citrus-laden trellises extend from the top of the headland right down to the coastline. All year round the landscape is characterized by deep shades of green vegetation, vivid yellow of ripening lemons and profound blue of the sea below. 
Guests have exclusive use of a panoramic salt water swimming-pool of the holiday villa, ingeniously designed to incorporate the sheer cliff wall. A path leads down from the grounds to a private rocky cove at the waters’ edge. 

The luxury villa provides guests with small electric cars for easier access to the property situated at the end of a winding tarmac road.
